The service includes:

• Internal Audit: We ask the customer to describe the industry, processes, and work activities that lead to the realization of the product/service. This procedure aims to understand in detail the structure and articulation of the production chain and the customer’s business, including who the involved actors are and the operating procedures of all processes.
• Identification and isolation of internal processes: based on the internal audit activity, we proceed to identify the critical paths that slow down the execution of strategic activities for the customer, in terms of wasted time or excess of people involved. Subsequently, we proceed to isolate the flows of primary interest to the customer, highlighting those that can be automated and/or improving the automation of these operations;
• Digital solution design: digital design is carried out to enhance the isolated flows in terms of basic design. This process leads to the creation of a comprehensive summary report on the work carried out, containing all the information previously analyzed in order to obtain an outline for the execution of future work and activities or the application for funding opportunities.
